One of the most important and difficult decisions a family has to make is choosing an early learning program for their children. The environment should be safe and match the family’s values about learning and parenting. ELCAC is here to help. Florida Relay Services
Florida Relay is the communication link for people who are deaf, hard of hearing, blind, or speech impaired. Through the Florida Relay, people who use specialized equipment can communicate with people who use standard phone equipment.
