Before you will be eligible to contract with ELC, you must contact the Florida Department of Children and Families to have your child care center or child care home licensed by the State. Click here to the link to the DCF site.
Once you have a license, you may call Lynda Bowie, Resource and Referral Coordinator at Ext. 102. You must also create a user account and profile on the new Statewide Provider Portal. The account must be created by the owner/director who has authorization to add and approve users. Once you have created your account, ELCAC will activate it and you can log back in to create your profile. Each step of the process requires approval, so do not be discouraged if you cannot move on to the next step right away!
