Directors are encouraged to attend to learn about different strategies and suggestions in creating a positive workplace environment. Participants will also be able to collaborate with one another, sharing ideas on what they currently use, what works, and what they have tried in the past that hasn’t worked.
This training will continue to review best practices for responding to challenging behaviors and provide a general overview of creating individualized behavior support plans.
Directors will be led through how to review their Program Assessment CLASS Scores & Reports. Participants will be given strategies on how to view the reports and use the information to inform teacher supports and professional development.
