Client Services Facilitator
The Early Learning Coalition of Alachua County is excited to announce an opening for a Client Services Facilitator that will serve as a parent advocate and liaison. Excellent customer service skills and computer literacy is required to help our families navigate the new state Parent Portal to apply for School Readiness services. Must enjoy interacting with families and their children. Ability to handle high volume calls using multi-line phone system and walk-in clients simultaneously. Minimum one (1) year experience with a considerable amount of public contact; data entry experience preferred.
