Director of Programs
Responsible for management of program services for overseeing the coordination and administration of ELCAC’s quality educational services including planning, organizing, staffing, delivery, documentation, technical assistance and evaluation of activities. Collaborates with ELCAC staff, community partners, and funders to advocate for the most innovative and comprehensive approach to improving care for all children in Alachua County. Must exercise independent judgment in the performance of assigned tasks under the general direction of the Chief Executive Officer.

Minimum five (5) years working in the education management field required, program administrative experience preferred. Bachelor’s degree with significant experience in educational leadership and management, Master’s degree preferred.

Parent Support Specialist
Provides counseling to parents to determine child care eligibility and provide resource and referral services. Minimum of two years experience in programs serving low income families or related experience. High School Diploma or equivalent; 2-year degree preferred.

Community Outreach Coordinator

Promote awareness of ELC in community through participation in community events, community partnerships, and seek additional funding opportunities. Minimum of two years' experience, preferably in a non-profit organization. Strong presentation, writing, and communication skills. Must be proficient in MS Word and Excel; strong skills in PowerPoint and web page maintenance preferred.

2-year degree required, Bachelor's degree preferred in marketing or related field.
